Caring for People Has Always Been My Purpose.
My name is Markeisha Eaves, and caring for others has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember.
It Started With My Grandmother
Some of my favorite childhood memories were spent with my grandmother. Every weekend, she welcomed me into her home, where we spent time together, visited family, attended church, and shared meals with people we loved. She taught me the importance of kindness, compassion, and making people feel like they belong. My grandmother also worked in healthcare, and watching her care for others inspired me to become a nurse.
A Career Built on Showing Up for People
Today, I have proudly served as a Registered Nurse for more than 17 years. My experience includes working in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac Catheterization, Pre-Operative Services, Emergency Department support, and many other areas of patient care. For the past 10 years, I've also worked as a travel nurse, serving in more than 30 hospitals, including Level I trauma facilities, caring for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

More Than Housing
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. That belief inspired me to create this residential home.
I know that life can become overwhelming. Health challenges, financial hardships, and unexpected life changes can leave people feeling uncertain and alone. My vision is to provide more than housing. I want to create a place where people feel safe, supported, and valued—a place they are proud to call home.
My goal is for every resident to know they matter. I want them to experience genuine kindness, encouragement, and the support they need to move forward with hope and confidence.
I often say that we all need someone to lean on at some point in our lives. My hope is that this home becomes that place—a place where strangers become family, where trust is rebuilt, and where every person is treated with the compassion they deserve.
Thank you for considering us. It would be an honor to welcome you or your loved one into our home.
